Browsing and searching: nothing leaves your device

You can use everything a person seeking care needs on this site — the questionnaire, your matches, every facility page — without creating an account or telling us who you are.

Your questionnaire answers are stored only in your own browser (in what's called local storage), never on our servers. We keep no record of what you're struggling with, what coverage you have, or which facilities you looked at. Clearing your browser data erases those answers completely.

We do not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or third-party cookies. The only counting we do is anonymous daily page-view totals — a number, with no identity attached.

If you write to us

Our contact form asks for your name, email address, and message so we can reply. That is the only personal information the public site ever collects, it is used solely to respond to you, and it is never sold or shared. If you'd like a message you sent deleted, just ask in a follow-up and we'll remove it.

When you contact a facility, you do it directly — by phone or through the facility's own website. We never pass your information to facilities, and facilities never learn who viewed their listing.

Provider accounts (facilities, not visitors)

Facilities that claim a listing create an account with a business contact name and email, and submit documentation proving their affiliation, which we review and use only for that verification.

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go to Stripe directly and never touch our servers; we see only the subscription status. Stripe's own privacy policy governs the payment information it handles.

Hosting and cookies

The site is hosted on the Base44 platform, which processes web requests in order to serve pages, as any website host does. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. If you sign in as a provider or administrator, a session credential keeps you signed in — that is its only purpose.

The rest, plainly

We never sell personal information — about anyone, for any purpose. This site is intended for adults seeking care or researching it and is not directed to children under 13.

If our practices ever change, this page will change with them and the effective date above will be updated. Questions about any of this? Ask us — we'll give you a straight answer.
